Large Item Pick-Up

Request a Collection Crew

For individuals needing assistance getting donations to the event site, a pick-up service is available for a flat fee of $10.00. A $5 fee for each electronic item (computers, monitors, keyboards, printers, TVs, stereos, copiers, cables, networking hardware, etc.)  will need to be paid at the time of pickup in order to defray costs if the item does not sell at the event and needs to be disposed of. To request a Collection Crew begin by selecting a date from the list to the side.

Times Available:

Monday, July 27 through Friday, July 31 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Collection Crews will come at any time between 4:00 and 7:00 PM on the dates listed above. Reservations are available on a first come, first serve basis and time slots are limited.

How to Donate Using the Collection Crew

To ensure the Collection Crew can pick up your donation, please be at your residence during the entire time slot you sign up for. Donations cannot be collected if the donor is not present when the Collection Crew arrives.

If possible please have donations outside of the residence to assist in speedy pick-up. If donors are unable to move donations out of the house, a consent form must be signed before the Collection Crew can enter the house.
