Parks and Recreation switched to a new online system to handle class, program, and facilities reservations effective December 3, 2012. The program, ActiveNet, is the #1 provider of Parks and Recreation software, and will improve customer service through new exciting features that include the ability to reserve park shelters online and new pool passes that will utilize a swipe card technology that can be renewed or reloaded online.

The new system will require building a brand new customer database, so participants of Parks and Recreation programs or classes will need to set up their accounts online. If registering in the Parks & Recreation office, customers should expect transactions to take a little longer than usual while accounts are established.

For more information or assistance with your registration, please contact the Recreation Division office at 319-356-5100.
